Our client is an established high-end real estate development and investment group. Due to business growth, they are looking for an experienced Manager Finance & Accounts to join their team. This position is based in Bangalore, India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the preparation of monthly/weekly reports, manage accounts and transactions, prepare financial statements and schedules.
- Maintenance of Books of Accounts and all statutory registers.
- Work with various department to ensure understanding of transactions and other needs for accurate accountancy.
- Ensuring timely preparation of reports, statutory payments and compliances.
- Manage accounting process and handling of internal / external audits.
Key Requirements
- Masters Degree in Commerce from a Top-tier institution with at least 5 years of Accounting and Reporting experience
- Good ERP software, analytical and financial modelling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to work with various stakeholders and team
- Experience in high-end / luxury real estate industry is highly preferred
